Our site has an objective, to sell products from Bolivian artisans to all internet users. Every person that purchases through our site will be considered a buyer.
The general sale conditions apply to every order done on our web site Caserita.com.
You will have to declare that you understand and accept these general sale conditions before you confirm your order. The acceptation of these general sale conditions would be the validation of your order.
The shipment of the products of Caserita.com will be done to the address you indicated in your order.
However, if there would be a problem with the delivery, such as:
- one or more products are missing because of a mistake of our part, we will complete the order as soon as possible, and we will cover the shipment costs.
- If problems with the process of delivery exist: time of delivery or non reception of the package, please inform us by e-mail to email@example.com, to track the package, since every package is properly certified when we send it, this gives us the possibility of doing an effective tracking of the package, so it reaches its destiny satisfactorily.
If the products do not adjust to the ones you purchased, we commit to change them for the right ones, in the least amount of time possible, we will pay for the shipment costs. In case the products need to be returned we will contact you to know about the nature of the complaint and assume the costs of returning the order.
We work with the French Post Office (Collissimo), Belgian BPOST and Mondial Relay for deliveries in Point Relay. For deliveries in France, the delivery time is 2 labor days. For most others countries, the delivery time varies from 2 to 8 labor days.
The prices :
The prices are expressed in American dollars, Euros or Pounds Sterling (according to the option you chose). Cost of transportation or taxes from the receptor country are not included. The shipment cost is calculated according to the total weight of the order, it will be visible when you confirm the order.
The order :
Since it is a virtual store, the orders will only be done online through our web site www.caserita.com. Any other form of ordering (telephone, fax, regular mail..) will not be valid.
Availability of our products:
Caserita.com functions with its own inventory. When you make your order, we verify the existence of your order in our inventory and send you the merchandise. In case we do not count with the product (s), we contact our providers. Caserita.com has many providers, this reduces the possibility of non-availability of products. However, if for some reason we are not able to send you your product (s) you will be conveniently informed by e-mail about the evolution or devolution of your order.
Safe payment :
Caserita.com uses the secure payment system of the European enterprise PAYBOX, Klik&Pay or Hipay.
Returning the products :
If for some reason you wish to return an order you have already received, Caserita.com will give you 7 business days starting the next day you received it to return the merchandise in its original packaging. In this case, Caserita.com will reimburse the price of the product, in a minimum time of 30 days after the reception of the package. However, for every package returned that is damaged, incomplete or dirty, you will not be reimbursed. Before returning products, please email us to know the procedure to do so.
Method of Payment :
Caserita.com accepts as method of payment the following cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express. As well as other method of payments, if you explicitly request them.

Confidentiality of the data :
The personal information that you communicate to us , by no means, will be transmitted to third parties. Caserita.com keeps the information in a memory. You can verify and change your data at any moment.
Ownership and Risks :
The transmission of ownership of Caserita.com towards the Buyer, is done once the payment is executed (the cost of shipment is included). Once we have shipped your order, the subsequent risks will be your responsibility.Complaints :In case the received product (s) do not correspond to your expectations (broken, damaged or erroneous), please inform us at Caserita.com by e-mail to email@example.com, in a period of two business days since you received your order.
If a problem exists and it is not contemplated in the last points, it will be treated under the Bolivian legislation pertinent to the case.
